50 Cent proposes to pay New York City Democratic mayor Candidate Zohran Leaving the state Wednesday after learning about his tax plan from a reference rapper’s interview.

He added: “I know if 50 cents are listening, he wouldn’t be happy about it. He tends to dislike this tax policy, but I want to be very clear that it’s about $20,000 a year. It’s a rounding mistake. All of these things together make life better for every New Yorker, including those who are actually taxed now.”

50 Cent’s real name is Curtis James Jackson III, and later responded to Mamdani’s comments on Instagram.
