Did you know that you can run Walt Disney World And Disneyland? No, I’m not talking about your favorite rope, even if the race can be tiring. Both parks regularly organize disney races, along with thousands of other runners and Disney fans, can participate during the world’s most iconic parks, forming entertainment and characters during the course.
I’ve made 54 races with Rundisney, 5ks “challenges,” I completed multiple distance from different races in a weekend. There is nothing like crossing the destination, seeing Mickey and Minnie Mouse, knowing that your body can do hard things.

Where are Rundisney races?
There are four thematic rundisney Race weekends In Disney World. Season has started Disney Wine & Dine Marathon Weeky, and then Walt Disney World Marathon weekend, January, Disney Princess ends on the weekend of February, April Springtime in April.
Disney World’s favorite race is the weekend of surprise Springtime of Rundisney Springtime, where subjects change every year. One year, I took part in racing races, with Duo 5k and Scavenger Hunt from Disney animal kingdom and the tower of 10-kilometer terrorism, and another I ran Galaxy guards-Emed 5K.
At Disneyland Resort, there are two weekend races today: Disneyland Halloween Half Marathon weekend in September and Disneyland Central Marathon in January. Unfortunately, 2026 Disneyland Marathon’s central weekend, Rundisney Races in Disneyland Resort will be interrupted due to construction projects for the next expansion.
Rundisney also includes virtual races, which runners can complete at home, send medals at your door. Among them is the virtual love of Rundisney in the spring and virtual series of Rundisney.
What distance are available per weekend for each person?
At Walt Disney World, Disney Wine & Disney and Disney princess offers you the opportunity to take part in the middle of the middle weekends, 10k, 10k and marathon. Walt Disney World Marathon weekend adds a full marathon mixture. Rundisney Springtime Surprise weekend offers 5 k, 10 k and 10 miles.
In Disneyland, there are two racing weekends, 10 k, 10k and a central marathon.
What are Rundisney’s challenges?
You can register to challenges for all races. These fitness feats run two, three or four races in a weekend. I have challenged several years, wine and dinner two courses challenge, Springtime surprise challenge and now the missing Kessel Run Challenge (you mean both Star Wars-Goriate Disneyland and Disney World races on the corresponding weekends). From current races, spring surprise is a fun challenge. You will be 5k, 10 k and 10 kilometers, and you will get medals for each race, as well as add-on challenge medal.
For a real physical test, you can register at Dopey Challenge Walt Disney World Marathon weekend. With this challenge, you will do 5K, 10 K, 10k, Half marathonAnd the whole marathon in the deck, 48.6 miles and six medals.
What race does the most spend the time in the parks?
In every race, you will spend time in theme parks, but the amount of time is determined by the distance race. Longer races will have miles on highways. Shorter races, like 5s, are almost walking in parks.
I love 5k in Disney World. They walk through most Orpcot. Given the space of land and the torque of the world in the world, they are beautiful in 5 am.

How early do I have to register?
Registration of any race of Rundisney is the hardest part of participation. Log in through the online Rundisney website and there are 9 to 10 months before a race. For the best option to access the race you want, be open online when the registration opens, usually at 10 am, but consider that this can be changed.
What do you get with your race entry?
All racing entries are in your Bib, memorial T-shirt and race medal.
Do you get into the theme park with your race entry?
You will walk during the Disney World or Disneyland theme parks in each race, but you do not enter the parks after you finish your race.
Should I be in a Rundisney race in a Disney property hotel?
In Disney World, I suggest very On-property hotel. I always book my hotel after registering in a race. This guarantees almost the cheapest price in the room. You will want to add a daily day to visit your journey early in Rundisney Expo, where you will get your bib, the race shirt and buy the goods in Rundisney.
