LinkedIn Is Testing an AI Tool That Could Transform How People Search for Jobs


LinkedIn tests a new work-hunt tool that uses a regular big language model to combine with huge amounts of data to help people find possible roles.

The company believes that Artificial intelligence Will help users discover new roles that they may have missed in the typical search process.

“The reality is that you do not find your dream job by controlling a set of keywords,” the company’s general manager, Ryan Roslansky, told Wired in a statement. The new tool, he says, “can help you find these jobs that you didn’t even know how to look for.”

The movement comes because AI continues to change how people use the site. On February 2, Openai announced a tool called Deep Research This uses its AI to perform detailed online research for a user.
