Kim Alexis will be 65 in July – she is determined to “age gracefully.”
Supermodels from the 1980s appeared on over 500 magazine covers and posed for Sports Illustrated swimsuits, six times Keep speaking up on Instagram About embracing natural signs of aging. The 64-year-old has written several books on clean diets.
“I didn’t do anything on my face,” the former cover girl told Fox News Digital. “I firmly believe in being as natural as possible. I accept and enjoy wrinkles. I’m not here to prove anything. I’ll be 65 in a month…and then I earn.”

“I do do it as good as possible,” she shared. “I think we’re all doing it, even though some days don’t. I just wear my hair in a ponytail and I don’t wear makeup. I’m still alone, I’m still me. I have to learn to love and accept myself in my own way.”
“I don’t demean other women doing things,” she continued. “I think women are becoming very, very protective of what they choose to do. Sometimes it makes them very defensive when I say I don’t want any procedures.

“We all just want to be our best,” Alexis said. “I want to stay active, just try to do my best. It makes a great choice for me, not to stay away from my health.”
Alexis said having a young spirit kept her moving forward. She stressed that age is just a number.

“Figuring out when to start thinking about aging gracefully, I think it’s a gradual process,” she explained.

“And part of me still doesn’t think I’m old…I think it’s my mindset, which means I still think I’m young, but I see some body changes. Part of me just wants to accept them.”
“I’m a very natural person, so I don’t like to mess with nature…I like to use God’s things on this planet to help me heal me or keep my level,” she shared. “I try to put good things in my body, rather than clogging with something that might cause wrinkles or may cause me to be exhausted or may cause my bad attitude.”

“If you looked at my skin at 18, why do I need a face?” Alexis reflected. “I want to maintain it in a healthy way, not…injected stuff. Part of my mantra is just trying to find something clean, healthy, and natural.”

Alexis said that these days, she Keeping her beautiful routine is super simplefocus on a lot of hydration, moisturizing, and weekly exfoliating skin to keep it soft. The star also prefers to keep her silver chain golden. She prioritizes staying active every day to make herself look and feel the best.
“I’ve been (active) since I was a kid,” she said. “Physical quality is what I have to do. (20 years old) I discovered running and proved myself to be an athlete, I ran an eight-seat marathon… I think I thought about 62, 63, about 62, 63, when my knees started to perform and a doctor was sitting on the bed.

“And when I go occasionally, but messing up my golf game in a pool, I do a lot of golf charity…it messed up my shoulders…so, I learned to go on a bike or a boating or an oval or a class.”

“I’m free weight,” she shared. “I love my little dumbbells. I’m in the guy section of the gym with all the guys. I do the routine of dumbbells to keep my upper body strong. My husband and I may work out the leg workouts every week or two.
Alexis made it Her SI swimsuit debuted in 1982. During the decade of decade she took the brand to Kenya, Jamaica, Australia and other beach destinations.

“It was really great to be in the sports pictorial for the swimsuit,” Alexis recalled. “First, I grew up, so I was comfortable wearing a swimsuit. When I was interviewed, I sat on my jeans and a T-shirt.” New York City Office I got a job without revealing my body. . . . Outdoor activities, exercise and wearing a bathing suit is right in my alley. ”

Still, the star admits she is not ready for the new discovery attention she has received.
“When I started getting feedback from men, I thought that was when I realized it, ah, I met a different population,” she said. “It’s not just women looking at fashion magazines. It’s men who notice it now.

Alexis continues to move his career to Hollywood. In 1993, she appeared in the final episode of “Cheer” titled “A Road.” At that moment, Alexis knew she had done it.

“In a way, the last episode of ‘Cheer’ is exciting,” she said. “I’ll sit in the back room and listen to part of the script that I’m not in. But they keep saying, ‘Supermodel Kim Alexis!’ I thought, “You have to be kidding me.” ” They kept saying my name.
And she was not empty-handed.

“I had everyone sign the script cover of the script, but I still have it,” she boasted. “It’s special for me.”

Today, Alexis was happy to call Arizona homeshe raised a family. She has always loved connecting with her fans on social media and giving advice on aging to women.
“I think it’s a mindset for people who don’t want to look at age,” she said. “If you’re happy with life and a life of gratitude and kindness and dedicate to others, I think you have the spark and attraction that other people want to see.”
