The White House responded to the news about the trans athlete champion in an exclusive statement on Fox News numbers.
“President Trump is protecting sports and restoring common sense. Those who choose to violate federal laws will be responsible,” White House spokesman Harrison Fields said in response to the situation in Minnesota.
Minnesota is currently investigating federal investigations into potential headline violations that refuse to comply with Trump’s executive order. Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration in April to protect its current gender eligibility policy.
The state has not passed a bill that would ban biological men from entering girls and women’s sports in early March after Democrats in the state voted against it.

This allowed trans pitcher teen Marissa Rothenberger to win the playoffs for Champlin Park.
Rothenberger played a full match, allowing only three hits in Friday’s Championship and hitting six hits in the Championship, seeing Rothenberger play all 21 innings in all 21 innings in all 21 innings, giving up just two runs.

The White House previously published Ellison’s lawsuit against the Trump administration in a statement to Fox News’ digitalization.
“Why would an adult man sue the Trump administration for allowing other biological males to participate in women’s sports? It’s creepy and anti-women,” Fields said in April.
