Hermes The second interactive device at Pier 36, Pier 36, will be opened at Pier 36, Downtown Manhattan. The immersive experience brings the brand’s equestrian tradition to life, showing its craftsmanship, history and whimsical storytelling.

The installation, originally debuted in Shanghai in the second half of 2023, is set in a fictional French manor (the groom’s house), where the caregivers of Hermès horses are located. But something is wrong: the horse mysteriously disappeared. Guests are invited to use phone calls to solve this mystery to receive clues and track progress as they move through a series of well-designed rooms.

Hermes products are seamlessly woven into each room, doubled as functional props to highlight the versatility and artistry of the house design. Experience is timed, adding to the urgency of the task, and those who successfully find the horses get a separate gift – unforgettable harvest that connects the experience together.

The unit will run from June 18 to 29, 2025 at Pier 36, New York City, for free. Although the pre-orders are sold out, the walk is welcomed on a first come first served basis for a limited time period (11:00 AM – 1:00 pm, 2:30 pm – 3:45 pm and 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm) on a first-come, first-served basis. For those who missed the New York stop, the installation will be expanded to Tokyo, Singapore and Paris later this year.
