Home’s Home Minnesota Democratic Rep. Melissa Hortman was shot deadly after being targeted at their Brooklyn Park home on weekend night, though preliminary investigations found nothing appeared to be lost.
Fox 9 The Brooklyn Park Police Department broke into the night after being informed of the incident at about 8 a.m. Wednesday, Minneapolis reported.
A preliminary investigation found that the man allegedly moved into the back of the house after removing a piece of plywood covering the window and then broke it.
The radio reported that although the house showed evidence of the search, the family told police that nothing appeared to be missing.

Crime scene investigators dealt with the home earlier this week after Holtman and her husband Mark Hortman were killed inside the home.
On Sunday morning, the house was mounted and released to the family.
The radio reported that Hotman’s relatives evacuated valuables from their home on Tuesday.

Crime scene investigators have since reworked the home after Tuesday night’s break-in to find evidence of the burglary.
Although authorities say a camera is located in the front of the house, it is not clear if anyone has captured it in the video.
An investigation into the matter is underway.

Hortman and her husband were shot dead Saturday morning, and Democrat, state Sen. John Hoffman and his wife Yvette were at the nearby Champlin home.

Boelter is facing now Federal charges Officials arrested him Sunday night in Sibley County. He was charged with two counts of stalking, two counts of murder and two counts of firearm-related offences. Boelter also faces second-degree murder in Hennepin County.
