
Naturally, the hotel can also satisfy its good function: I spent the morning at the newly unveiled Dior spa, prone to a crisp white linen during an early morning massage that managed to fix the liar after an early morning flight and actually floated me. Meanwhile, in the afternoon, I was rushed to the Dior pop-up beach club in nearby Paraggi, where I had a very fresh Caprese salad on one of the Toile de Jouy-clad Sungers and dipped in those cool crispy waters.

But by Friday night, it’s time to get into the real reason why we’re all here: that party. As live jazz sounds drifted throughout the hotel, guests including Kelly Rutherford, Baz Luhrmann, Catherine Martin and Tina Tunakey began to gather at the newly revealed Baratta Sedici bar, which seemed to be a space for Brudnizki. (Especially behind the gorgeous mixture of copper and backlit white onma, rich bartenders fluttered Negronis and Martinis to Negronis and Martinis before floating onto the terrace.
