It is rare for I should keep Sitting on a chair I review well after I gave it enough trial time. Usually, I want to jump back on my Herman Miller embedded, who feels right for my body. But the Anthros V2 It was a pleasant surprise. It was on my radar for several months, thanks to endless Instagram marketing coils, but honestly they only made me even more skeptical.
Anthros is a rookie on the scene, only launching the first version of the chair in 2023. It makes great claims about improving your job and offering better support than office Stalwarts like Herman Miller. It doesn’t help that the V2 chair is north of $ 2,000, although it seems to be sold enough often for about $ 1,900.
But after almost two months of sitting, the claims continue – I find it more supportive than almost all the chairs I tested, and my post was great. The embodiment still holds a place in my heart, but the Antros V2 may be the best chair for anyone looking to sharpen their job, especially if you have treated back pain.
Pelvic support

The Antro -chair focuses on maintaining the pelvis, not the lumbar, similar to the air and embodiment of Herman Miller, unless it gives you much more to work with the branding in the backrest. After setting it up, I called Ergonomy Antros therapist, something included for each client. The therapist looks like you sit on the chair (by video) and makes suggestions until you feel comfortable in the seat. I want every luxury chair to offer such a service.
The rear knobs on the left and to the right of the chair control the two-part rear system. The right head moves the lumbar backing forward and backwards, and the left head handles the top. I didn’t sit on a chair that allows you to set the backing to this degree, and I find that it helps to adapt the chair exactly to your body shape. It is the highest backup that took me some time to get used to it.
On my first day in the chair, I felt a little painful because it almost felt like the chair was pushing. In reality, there was no pressure, and I began to feel my back gently resting on the backrest. It was my post by correcting itself; It felt directly like a whistle. I also appreciate the compact design that proves that you do not need your whole back to be held from back back feeling, just as you do not need a headwear on an office chair if it is well projected.
I spent a lot of time in this chair, and my job didn’t change. You can lock the reclination with the front left knob, but I kept it unlocked on the most stressful tension (with the front right knob), allowing me to gently sloping back. I never felt uncomfortable. This could also be due to the feather cloud chair, which is thicker than what you will find in the highest office chairs.
My only grip with this seat is that I found the depth lacking my 6’4 “frame. It leaves about six fingers a value of a gap between the edge and the back of my knee, when it ideally has to be two to three. It is not a negotiator, but I would like to feel higher and higher.
