Last August, German authorities charged a young Syrian national with support for a foreign terrorist organization to foil a plot to attack Taylor Swift concert in Vienna.
Mohamed A, described as a teenager, remains in the liberty, is accused of following the ideology of the jihadist group Islamic State (IS) and helping another suspect prepare for the attack.
The concert organizers canceled three Taylor Swift’s performances on the eve of her first show last year at the Ernst Happel Stadium in Vienna, and thousands of fans were disappointing on her Times Tour.
At the time, authorities arrested several suspects, saying they seemed inspired by IS and al Qaeda.
