First on Fox: Republican lawmakers are submitting articles to judges about impeachment, which temporarily blocks the president Donald Trump’s National Guard control in California during the riots in Los Angeles this month.

R-La. Rep. Randy Fine is filing a resolution to evacuate U.S. District Court Judge Charles Breyer from the bench.

He told Fox News Numbers that he believed the judge’s decision was “political.”

“The purpose is to get the judges to do the work. If we don’t plan to take responsibility, then they won’t be motivated to stop,” Fick said.

As Republicans continue to overthrow Democratic officials, trying to stop Trump’s crackdown on illegal immigration across the country.

“In the early stages of the lawsuit, the court must determine whether the president follows Congress-mandated actions. He did not.”

“His actions were illegal – both beyond his legal authority and violated the Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution.

Breyer’s ruling It was cancelled last week, when a three-judge panel of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the federal government would put the California National Guard federal government within Trump’s sphere of authority.

Breyer is just the latest judge, and has been under scrutiny by the House Republicans after several Trump enforcement lawsuits in court.
