Russia has launched its largest air attack since Russia began War against UkraineUkrainian officials said Sunday.
According to the Ukrainian Air Force, Moscow fired 537 aviation weapons to Ukraine, including 477 drones and baits and 60 missiles. Of these weapons, 249 were shot down and 226 were lost, possibly blocked by electronics.
The attack has been the “most huge air strike” on Ukraine since Russia launched its invasion in February 2022.

Ukrainian air force said one of the Western-provided F-16 fighter jets suffered damage when shooting down air targets, killing the pilot.

New attacks occur after Russian president Vladimir Putin Moscow is preparing to hold another round of direct peace talks in Istanbul to end the war, it said Friday.
As the United States coordinated international peace efforts have not led to any breakthroughs, there seems to be no end. The two negotiations between the delegations of Russia and Ukraine in Istanbul were brief and no progress was made in reaching an agreement.
