New York City Mayor candidate Zohran Mamdani doubled his plan to tax his plan “richer and white”, while adding that he believes there should be no billionaires.

The Democratic socialist claimed on Sunday that his efforts to afford to pay for white taxpayers are not racists, despite his agenda explicitly targeting white majority areas.

The policy states that homeowners in wealthy neighborhoods “paid less than their fair share” and propose adjustments tax rate and evaluate percentages to address the so-called imbalance.

When asked if he would change the language of the proposal, Mamdani deflected, saying the proposal was designed to ensure a fair property tax system, and the wording simply reflects observations.

“Using that language is just an assessment of the community,” Mandani said.

“I just named them as they are,” he added. “What motivates me is to build a fair system. It’s not about going from one Race Assessment Community or our city. ”
