The investigation ended in just three days, with Fox News’s digital figures showing investigators repeatedly dated the game on October 2.

Tim Heaphy, a WFG attorney who led the investigation against Fleming’s allegations, then provided assistance to the school’s legal counsel to help him conduct a federal Title IX investigation in the same situation, as shown by public records obtained by Fox News Digital. The offer was rejected.

Bock said the revelation “surprised” him.

Bock’s statement continued: “I was surprised to learn about the lawsuits of WFG on behalf of MWC on behalf of Brooke Slusser, while another attorney for the company was alleged to be independently investigating attempts to harm Brooke and whether SJSU and MWC have adequately investigated the facts.”

“Having WFG to perform such an ambivalent and mutually exclusive role shows that Commissioner Nevarez and MWC have no interest in discovering the truth. Instead, the MWC has long been focused on promoting the interests of SJSU and promoting narrative narratives and pushing men to compete for women’s sports in women’s college sports rooms and recreation rooms and competitive college sports.”

Bock called on the U.S. Department of Education to investigate the situation.

“The report from Fox News provides more evidence of the MWC’s scheme to work side-by-side with SJSU to promote trans ideaology and harm women athletes while hiding the truth from the public. The conclusions from the WFG investigator favoring MWC’s and SJSU’s positions in federal court allowed his law partners to continue to milk the MWC for legal fees and then positioned that same investigator to later seek to monetize his The statement from the relationship with the MWC to defend Bock said that SJSU investigated his claim to “independent investigation” in a federal investigation.

“These shocking revelations of conflicts of interest completely devalue the MWC and are expected to be fully investigated in the US Department of Education’s SJSU behavior. Of course, the investigator may have conducted more evidence on MWC and SJSU in Brooke Slusser’s MWC and SJSU, as his hiring and SJSU scope is more evidence of MWC, which is other evidence of MWC than protecting women.”

Bock led Slusser’s lawsuit against SJSU and West Mountain West and filed a bigger lawsuit against the NCAA, led by former college swimmer and current “Orkick” host Riley Gaines.

The meeting never revealed any evidence as Fleming continued to finish the season, earning plenary honors and even leading SJSU all the way to the Western Conference Championship.
