The first slide reads: “You are entering the best chapter of life – you just need to heal first.” “Sometimes God allows betrayal… because this leads to a breakthrough.

Another slide reads: “Most people don’t know what I’ve been through. Ignore their opinions. The truth is always revealed.”

She concluded: “Divorce is not the end of my story. It is the beginning of my rebirth.”

Reid and Lochte revealed earlier this month that they will divorce after seven years of marriage. TMZ Report Reed filed for divorce She said earlier this year, the decision was “after profound prayer and reflection.”

“I value marriage with the highest importance, so it’s one of the most painful, revealing and challenging seasons of my life. I’ve been reluctant to share until I can do it from a place where I recover – not from fresh, open wounds.”

“Sometimes we face trials that we have no choice or see. In that moment, we are forced to make the hardest decisions to protect our peace, our children and our future. I have understood that staying is not always the favorite decisions that someone can make. To me, leaving is an act of love – to those around me and myself and myself.”

Lochte then went to Instagram and said, “It’s not easy.”

“I want to take some time to acknowledge Kayla’s sharing. The hard decisions we both have made for the past year have made a big difference for both of us. I feel deeply about the lives we have built together, especially the love we share in our three children,” he wrote on social media.

“While this decision was not easy, I believe it was the right step toward peace and well-being for both of us. I am still committed to being cautious, cautious and respectful as we move forward. Thanks to our family and friends for the ongoing support – this really means a lot as we begin this new chapter.”

The couple was engaged in 2016, and the same year Lochte participated in a controversial incident at a gas station during the Rio Olympics. Lochte initially claimed that he and his teammates were robbed at gunpoint, but determined that those guns were actually security guards at a gas station where swimmers urinated outside the bathroom. Lochte eventually lost four major sponsors, while American Swimming suspended him for 10 months.
