Missouri prosecutors are seeking to escalate charges of two people arrested for three deaths Chief of Kansas City fan.

Clayton McGeeney, 37; Ricky Johnson, 38; David Harrington, 36, was found in the backyard of a friend in Kansas City, Missouri after an NFL viewing party on January 9, 2024.

The two were charged in the death of Kansas City Chiefs fans after the body was frozen in the backyard.

Carson and Willis were previously charged in March with three counts of involuntary homicide and two counts of controlled substance delivery, but 35 grams or Less cannabis or synthetic cannabinoids, Court records show.

Carson allegedly sold cocaine to Willis and the victims. Carson’s DNA was allegedly found on a bag containing fentanyl.

Willis’s attorney John Picerno told Fox News Digital that he believes the felony murder regulations are being abused.

“Although it’s not surprising, we’re very disappointed with the allegations of escalation. Jordan has maintained his innocence since day one, and he rejected the government’s plea proposal. Therefore, the government believes that the allegations of escalation are appropriate. The allegations of escalation are appropriate. Previously, Picerno told Fox News Digital that he was “surprised that Jordan was charged with the death of three friends.”

Willis’s lawyer says his client insists he is not Responsible for death.

“The State-Submitted Statement of Causes is consistent with what Jordan said was happening. Jordan insists that he does not undertake to buy or provide drugs that resulted in the death of his three friends. We are very much looking forward to the days when the jury hears all the evidence in this case,” he said.
