When a user visits a website that uses a comment, the Startup tool generates a set of dynamic questions that can operate the user’s purchase decision. If a user searches for pots and foods, the site might ask what stew they have, or if they use diesel driving or gas. When the user clicks on one of these questions, a chat interface opens where they match an expert who can offer tips on buying an item.

Comment matches an expert with a user based on skill and local location, it says. If an expert is not available, the user matches AI -Bot based on those experts who can help them with their purchases.
The company slowly expands its experienced network. Satloff said a comment is working with various recognition agencies to control the expertise of the people who work with them. (This is similar to Airbnb by adding a variety of Experienced suppliers for its platform.)
Experts are paid for their time on the platform for chat. They also pay when their AI person converts sales. While the startup did not provide a correct figure for the average earnings that an expert receives, it said its top $ 20% earn $ 60,000- $ 70,000 a year spending over 15-20 hours a week offering advice.
