Fans of Rogue One: Star Wars A story have long envisioned K-2SOArrival Andor. Considering the Hulking Droid expressed by Alan Tudyk plays a huge role in the film, the show Disney+ was forced to explain As he first goes through roads with Cassian Andor (Diego Luna). However, as it turned out, the role of K-2So in the series was not as expansive as some may have predicted.
There is a practical reason for this; as Andor Creator Tony Gilroy explained Back in AprilTo bring such a physically visible character, it has been difficult in a story so wrapped in the spy business and walking. The end result was that Andor presented an effective yet limited on-screen presence for K-2SO.
As Collider Reports, drawing from a panel it hosted at Fanexpo Denver, Tudyk – a favorite of a fan of genre not only for Rogue Onebut also for Firefly,, Resident alienAnd more – completely understood why this had to be. Andor Just had no room in his fast -paced second season.
But with a lot of story to tell through a limited set of episodes, Tudyk said, “You missed much of us to get to know each other.”
Certain scenes may not have entered it in the Disney+ series, but the actor explained that he is still capable of based on what they may have contained to help inspire their performance.
“Many things I had in my mind about Cassian and K-2 are in that empty space we don’t see, and so they care about each other,” Tudyk explained. “That’s how we thought about it.”
Anyway, we see the faith and love that is built between the duo everywhere Rogue One. With their Andor Interactions providing some of the back history, we can fill that “blank space” where their relationship really made, just as Tudyk did.
