The owner of Texas Mountain Country Park and Restaurant is recounting her flooding experience, killing more than 100 people.

Lorena Guillen, owns Blue Oak RV Park and Howdy’s Bar and Grill In Kerrville She said that by about 2:30 a.m., the rain began to drop, and she “got to check the water level of the river.” She said that it looked “good” at that time.
