Several deaths after tourist boat capsized in Vietnam

According to local reports, 28 people died after tourist ships capsized in Vietnam under severe weather.

At least 14 people were said to have disappeared after the incident in Hailong Bay, a popular tourist destination in the north of the country.

Most of the passengers were reportedly Vietnamese visiting Hanoi.

Rescuers said heavy rains have been hindering the search for survivors.
