From the archives: Supermodel and new mom – Gisele Bündchen

Gisele Bündchen’s private life has remained mysterious, and she let her Avatar, übermodel take all the flashes away. She vacated six months a few years ago when she felt that her life was nothing more than “get up, take pictures, sleep, get up, take pictures.” She also logged into Amazon.com and entered spiritual books, which led to a passion for Miguel Ruiz’s writings, which taught her to rely on her instinct: “The more you trust your intuition, the more capable you are, the stronger you become, the happier you become.”

Three years ago, when Giselle met Tom Brady, she moved to Boston to be with him. This is a professional and emotional turning point.

“I’m a person who usually works 300 days a year, here I’m in Boston in this apartment, Tom is playing, what am I doing here? On my website, a lot of girls ask me questions about embarrassment. I want to work with girls aged fourteen to sixteen.” She wants to be heard and choose Massachusetts’ Union of Massachusetts speakers – “They care for girls from shelters, abused girls. I came up with a nine-week plan and talk to them about empowerment and self-esteem.”

This is a shock.

“I thought I would be able to save them, guide them. When I got there, they were like, ‘Who are you?’ There are a lot of Latino and Black girls in Brazil and no one has more problems in the United States.

Sejaa was born this sense of frustration, a way Bündchen gave her something to learn, but through subconscious means.

“I want to teach girls to love themselves and take care of their bodies. What is the first thing I see every morning? Your face! What do you put on your face every day? Cream! I made the simplest and purest cream – the cream of every day, but it comes with certainty.”
