Comedian Adam Friedland sat down with Fox News Digital for an exclusive interview.
For example, in an interview with Anthony Weiner, the comedian did not shy away from speaking to the elephant in the room.
He asked, “You haven’t seen a documentary, right? Regarding your run, I think, I think it’s like F —- G pressure for F — let you watch it.” He refers to the 2016 documentary “Weiner,” which portrays the disastrous 2013 New York City Mayor in 2013. Just like his post in Congress, his run was shocked by a sex scandal that made him a nationwide sex.
“As someone who just watched it, I would say that, it’s incredible,” he told Weiner.
Friedland’s never-ending pieces usually fly over the minds of unsuspecting celebrities or politicians at the show, which makes for awkward interactions.
Fox News Digital asked Friedland if he believed guests like Weiner knew they would succumb to such uncomfortable positions before attending the show.
“Perhaps. Anthony Weiner is running for City Council now, so he’s trying to restart an event. I think sometimes a lot of guests really don’t know how to do my thing, and that’s fun.” “It’s a fun show.”
Weiner has lost City Council bid since Friedland’s interview with Fox.

Seeing famous politicians like the president become more common Donald Trump and I-Vt. Senator Bernie Sanders, made an appearance on the comedian’s podcast. The line between political media and comedy podcasts sometimes seems blurry.
Although Friedland admits that he has always been interested in politics and occasionally hosts politicians on shows, his main goal is that his main goal is to “do something interesting” rather than taking himself seriously.
He joked, “I think comedy is a good moment now. I don’t think it’s one or the other. I think we should have the media. I’m joking on the stage about tinder and stuff. I don’t think it’ll make me a wolf blitz.”
Comedians point out that these days comedians sometimes “see it as an authority in some way.”

“I think, when I do a talk show, I think of that,” he joked, “because I’m effectively an idiot.”
Norm MacDonald, one of Friedland’s favorite comics, has a similar feeling about the comedian being seen as a saint.
He agreed: “You know, Norm MacDonald once said that people say comedians are like modern philosophers, and that’s really an insult to modern philosophers. I think I might agree with that.”
Growing up, Friedland’s favorite comedian was the kind of person whose main goal was just humor, never seen as a “modern philosopher.” They also include comedy icons like Louis CK, Kate Williams and Conan O’Brien, who Friedland inspired a loose and “stupid” atmosphere during the show.
