Sha’Carri Richardson’s boyfriend defends her

Olympic gold medalist Sha’Carri Richardson was arrested last weekend for allegedly assaulting her boyfriend Christian Coleman.

The couple is Seattle Tacoma Airport According to a police report, an official at the airport was notified by the Associated Press on Sunday of the riots between Richardson and Coleman through the Associated Press.

Richardson allegedly grabbed Coleman’s backpack, yanked it, pushed Coleman against the wall, and threw his headphones at him. The incident happened a few days before the U.S. Track and Field Championships in Eugene, Oregon.

Police report that Coleman refused to be a victim in the case, and he made it very clear that he wanted to move forward from the “bad situation.”

In fact, Coleman believes the arrest is too far.

“I don’t think she should be arrested. I mean people have discussions, emotions and things like that. She certainly has things she needs to work for herself. So do I. So do I. Coleman told reporters This weekend is at the USATF event.

Richardson won 100 titles at the 2023 World Championships in Budapest, Hungary and won a silver medal at the Paris Games last summer. She also helped bring the 4×100 relay to Olympic gold.
