Openaai published his new one LLM model GPT-5. The new generative AI model, which is available to consumers free of charge and the latest version of the popular chattbots, represents “our most intelligent, fastest and useful model with integrated thinking, which the intelligence at expert level has into the hands of everyone”. Openaai said on Thursday.
If you wonder what all the Hoopla is about and what GPT-5 does better or differently than the company’s earlier GPT models (or from competing AI models such as Claude, Gemini or Lama), here is a quick overview of some of the most important new functions and functions available in GPT-5:
Easier to use

While earlier versions of GPT show software coding functions, Openaai brings an improved lightness and sophistication for the functionality of “vibe coding”, so that users “create beautiful and reaction-fast websites, apps and games in a single input request”.
Agent skills
GPT-5 integrates into Gmail and Google Calendar to support the planning, memories, e -mail follets and other productivity tasks. (This ability is initially limited to users of the company paid “per membership” of the company.)
Health
LLMs have become a popular way for people to receive medical information and health advice. According to Openaai, GPT-5 draws higher than all of its earlier models in the Health Bench test and forfeors “an active thought partner, proactively asks potential concerns and questions to provide helpful answers”.
