Karla Welch No introduction is needed, but I will provide a brief introduction anyway. She is a planner and designer Tracee Ellis Ross,,,,, Anna SawaiOlivia Wilde, Sarah Paulson and Michelle Monaghan. If you’ve ever been obsessed with the amazing red carpet look for the past decade, there’s a good chance that Welch is in the back. She is also the CEO of two different companies: Wishi and Times.
Once I had the chance to interview Welch, I knew what to ask her. We discussed her top summer outfits, favorite watches, autumn color trend forecasts and more. Scroll down to read our full interview.

What are your three favorite works in summer?
A white T-shirt with white jeans. It’s crisp, clean, and always effortlessly stylish. Next is the kerchief. I love the versatility of it – you can wear it on your hair as a top, beltOr tie. It adds the perfect country charm! Finally, (I recommend) wear whatever swimsuit you want and fall in love with your amazing body. Summer is about feeling good. Moisturize, shine and live!
What watch do you like to wear the most now?
Honestly, I can’t just choose one. Now, I’m fascinated by citizenship Wearing a classic watch ($325) With black strap and gold hardware, branded Zenshin three-hand watch ($420) Silver. In other words, I am also paying attention to gold! Both watches are super classic and can match my outfit, especially jeans and t-shirts. Silver feels more mas, gold feels elegant. It’s fun – all completely different, but still feels just as cool and timeless. This is the real style for me.
Are you a proponent of mixed metals when it comes to jewelry and watches?
I like mixing metal and textures. Stack them all – no rules! That’s how fun it is.
What do you think is the biggest color trend for fall 2025?
I want to have rich, rich red or burgundy. Honestly, it is also the deep sea. Even better, let’s put them together. This is a bold, luxurious combination I want to see.
What is the most classic way to fall jeans?
It’s impossible to pick a pair of favorite jeans, it’s about what’s right and feels the best. I will always try new fashion styles, but I will never give up on the classic cuts that make me feel great. In the fall, I will never get tired of pairing jeans with a T-shirt, blazer, beating lazy or cowboy boots, and of course my civic watch.
