Ryan Garcia and Devin Haney had an oral debate at a press conference in Los Angeles today to promote their respective battles with Rolly’Rolly’Rolly’Romero and Jose Ramirez.
Kingry has been playing cool all the time, focusing on talking about his Single tone Opponent, Loli (16-2, 13 KO), he stood out on the stage. Haney offended Todd Grishham’s press conference monitor and asked Jose Ramirez if he wanted to aim at his chin.
This is actually the best press conference I’ve ever seen. Bravo to Ryan, Haney, Arnold Barboza Jr., especially Teofimo Lopez with eyeliner. He is in pure drama mode.
Garcia vs. Hanni: Round 2?
Starting from Haney, Ryan had PEDs in his system during the fight last April and used this as a way to make him admit that he wouldn’t catch his left hook. Ryan then escaped and released to Haney, telling him he was “setting” with the starine stuff in his system. Jinli was like a giant bow, slowly pulling back for 11 months, and he finally had a chance to vent.
Devin Haney: “Of course, the war was Ryan Garcia, but I can’t see Jose Ramirez,” Devin said in today’s Press Conference In Los Angeles. “I know he’s a tough competitor and he’s about to win. To be in Ryan’s fight, I have to beat Jose Ramirez and that’s what I want to do. (Haney) a better version.
“I’ve been to the gym and since the battle of Ryan, working quietly behind the scenes, getting better, perfecting my craft, you’ll see a new, improved version of Devin Haney. My main focus is Jose Ramirez and then line up with Ryan Garcia.
“Whatever the punishment is, that’s it, I hope to punish him on the ring.”
Jose Ramirez: “I’m grateful. I’m going out on May 2 and do what I have to do. I know I’m going to be stronger, faster, healthier, and feel very rejuvenated. So, I look forward to making a statement on May 2.
“We’ll see. When asked if Hanni would be a more difficult opponent than Arnold Barboza, Ramirez said. “It’s a different division. This will be another Jose Ramirez. Of course, I’m going to test his chin. That’s my job. Even if he scored 31-0 in the 31 knockout round, my job was to test his chin. ”
Hanney: “I don’t understand what you mean. I’m fighting someone in PED every time. So, that shows that I have a chin.”

Ryan Garcia: “I’m just focusing on attracting Devin Haney again. That’s what I’m worried about. Not to redeem yourself, but to solidify the Bull S *** Ostarine you might have built. We know you did. Haney: “How did you test positive?

Haney: “You accepted the punishment because you knew you were guilty.”
Ryan: “Ostarine can’t protect you from the left hook. You hit 1000 times. You got run away by canvas. You know nothing. You know damn it.”

Ryan: “You have that in your back pocket.”
