It’s March 15, which means closet swaps for the quarter. If you are lucky enough to live anywhere outside an indoor apartment, you may not be familiar with this seasonal task. Essentially, it involves replacing sweaters, wool pants and puffer jackets in my small closet and using silky suspenders, ice skating clothes and elastic tops, currently living in storage containers under my bed. In a sense, it’s like getting a new closet four times a year, but some pieces don’t always survive this exchange. I would never recommend you throw away your entire closet and start from scratch, but there is nothing wrong with buying some new items to jazz jazz. This year, my radar has five brands: Louis Valama,,,,, Steve Madden,,,,, Coach exit,,,,, na-kdand Michael Cross. From big color trends to buzzing outlines, these brands offer the coolest discoveries of the season.
Luisaviaroma quickly became one of my favorite retailers. The Italian brand started with a hat shop in Florence and has since evolved into a luxury retailer with every brand to be requested (including household items). Looking for a sold-out khaite belt? LVR owns it. Want to discount the designers last season? LVR has the best deals. I want to see this retailer, but I love you guys so much that I can’t share. This is something I want to buy in the spring.
Two of the four pairs I have purchased over the past few months are from Steve Madden. It has many branded slap when it comes to style, comfort and price points. If you want to buy trending footwear this spring, I will start with the following six styles. Jelly sandals were interrupted from their winter season and the loafers were back. This is my first choice for Steve Madden this season.
If you haven’t scrolled lately, what are you doing? It’s a treasure trove of discount bags and accessories that buzz as always. From trending fabrics (like denim) to spring color schemes (like burgundy), the options are endless and I need help narrowing down the choice. No matter which bag I choose, I know it will be decorated with one of the cute bag accessories.
Na-kd is the brand I want to see the most fashionable people to buy. This spring, it’s all about Na-kd and Larissa Mills. The collection reflects Mills’ signature style with its cool tailoring and color story. These buttery yellow and Kelly green pieces are not available in better moments. I don’t know you, but the Jakarti jacket calls my name.
If you want to talk about classic spring wardrobe staples, Michael Kors is that girl. This spring collection is full of beautiful pastels, lace lace fabrics and accessories. Here is my styling tip: Order one sweater and pair it with a miniskirt. All you need is cute ballet flats and a shoulder bag that you can get ready for any spring day.
