
Strong heat waves are still bringing high temperatures to most parts of Europe, with many countries sending health warnings to authorities.
According to the country’s National Meteorological Service, a new hot record on June 46C was set on Saturday in the Spanish town of El Granado.

Red heat warnings are valid in parts of Portugal, Italy and Croatia, with many amber warnings covering Spain, France, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary, Serbia, Slovenia and Switzerland.
