Lillard accepted the procedure to resolve his injuries in May. He is expected to continue his rehabilitation work in Portland, where he spent the first 11 seasons of his NBA career.
Meanwhile, the bucks are from Indiana Pacers. According to ESPN, Turner and the Bucks reached a four-year contract worth $107 million.
