Hidden on neatly trimmed property East Hampton,,,,, Chanel’s Summer salons have opened their doors to stylish clients. On Saturday night, guests arrive at Hedges Inn, a newly renovated historic property full of charm, hydrangeas until Chanel on July 28.
A cobblestone path marked by Chanel signs sets the tone for the arrival of the secret garden, leading the road to a private residence: a winged, doll-like structure that appears to be designed for Chanel’s darling. Inside, the walls are lined with spring and summer 2025 fixtures, lined up in a row, while the fun touch – Chanel surfboards (Très Hamptons), Chanel tennis rackets (Très Wimbledon), and a selection of exquisite jewelry including Camélia Diamondlials (Trèsply) – all over the parts.
During cocktail hours, guests float rosé between the blooming backyard and salon before radiating, stopping to try putting on a tweed jacket and oversized sunglasses or taking a mirror or taking a selfie in a mirror or two.
On the deck of the hotel, guests by the campfire sat down to entertain the candlelight dinner, a candlelight dinner famous for its decades-waste Jumbo blocky crab cakes and creamy spinach. Grilled peaches, burritos and heirloom tomato salad start the meal. Sarah Wetenhall is the creativity behind the colonial hotel in Palm Beach and the reinvention of the Hedges Inn, taking pride in the impeccable service at night.
