At the end of the intense and accomplished performance of lime milk, a male model wore a look-lime Milk (both women’s and men’s), a black T-shirt with hat sleeves sandwiched in the fabric version of the fabric version, and a pair of lazy black pants, long ribbon ties tardies trail thee wakes up; it’s effortless and cool. However, what really makes it stand out is: Legend is legend I ask for poetry. “We need fashion poems because it has been forgotten lately,” Nico Verhaegen said. “We found that there are too many female bishops, ironically when what our industry really needs is honest. Ironically,” he went on to add, “It’s over.”
Verhaegan (he is Belgium) and Bharat (her German) meet first while studying at the Royal Academy in Antwerp, and there is certainly the city’s original and disappearing Flanderian romanticism in this series, especially the persuasiveness of the 90s. Lime’s third outing Milk – Given the relatively gentle years of Verhaegen and Ballardt, even more impressive, focusing on curved jacket profiles, bent shirts, long skirts, soft, wide pants that all contain architecture and calm, a man with both buildings and suffused Melanche.
The collection revolves around many jackets, close to the body, shoulder definition. Some are wrinkled, some worn, some pieced together as if they were constructed and then rebuilt. (I really like the lines of buttons that extend from the cuff to the elbow.) “The delicate roughness is a big part of the poem,” Verhaegen says. “The blazer may have been done perfectly, but we’ve cut it off, cut it apart, chop it up again. The cuts of the jacket are the same, but everyone is different because we used the material.”
By the way, many of these fabrics come from Deadstock supplies, and the new life milk of lemon brings them to layer them, such as building a series of veils. It is especially evocative when used in tail dresses and is made with chiffon with silk and linen jacquard. Their palettes are mostly black in all kinds, with what Bharat calls “non-color…they have undeterminable qualities. We have a layer of mist on them.”
