The 53-year-old Hollywood actress stood out for her first lingerie exercise and said she never felt better.
“I never thought I would take my first lingerie shot at 53…but we’re here!” Garth shared Instagram. “And I’ve never been more confident or comfortable with my skin.”

The “Beverly Hills, 90210” star posted a series of tinges in tinge photos on the company Thirdlove’s social media page. She smiled as she modeled the light blue bra and the matching bottom.

Garth introduced the fans to Thirdlove’s collection, which includes a bra and underwear, made of “natural volcanic minerals” designed to regulate body temperature.

She continued: “It’s a deal…I’m going to force myself to exercise. I know I’ll always feel better, but lately I feel like my body is fighting me sometimes.”

“I forgot that a lot of things happened inside me, and that changed so much that I didn’t always feel or be able to perform the way I wanted (or expected) I wanted.”
“I have to remind myself to give myself some grace! I’m doing my best and it makes me feel better.”
The actress is the mother of daughters Luca Bella, Lola Ray and Fiona Eve, who she shares with Ex-husband, Peter Facinelli. Garth previously married musician Daniel B. Clark from 1994 to 1996. In 2015, she married actor Dave Abrams.
