Members of former President Joe Biden’s inner circle joined forces with House Oversight Committee investigators to conduct a marathon-style closed interview that lasted more than eight hours.

Steve Ricchetti, who served as the president’s adviser for four years in Biden, was described as “aggressive and defensive” at his volunteer meeting.

They said the source called Ricchetti a rebellion in the face of Biden’s acumen, although he “accepted that they all knew President Biden’s age was a problem and was dealt with as a political matter.”

Sources told Fox News Digital: “Mr. Ricchetti said he believes President Biden has the ability to be president and that he is fulfilling his ability every day. He believes that Joe Biden has the ability to be president today and that he could have won in 2024.”
