Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent arrests illegal immigrants in Guatemala hours after his release Rhode Island Authorities despite being charged with multiple child sex offenses and active detentions.

this Portsmouth Police Department Perez Gomez was arrested on July 12 on the charges. Ice said in a press release that Boston immediately filed an immigration detention facility, but police did not respect it, and Perez Gomez was released several hours later.
Portsmouth police did not immediately respond to Fox News numbers’ request for comment.

Earlier in the day, ICE Boston officers arrested Perez Gomez for immigration violations and filed a notice to appear in court for the Justice Department immigration judge.
An ICE spokesman told Fox News Digital Perez Gomez poses a “obvious threat” to children.
“Josue Santiago Perez Gomez is accused of some disgusting and disturbing crimes that pose a clear threat to the children in our Rhode Island community,” Ice and demolition operations Patricia Hyde, acting director of the field office in Boston, wrote in a statement.
“The release of a suspected child sex offender on the day he was arrested raised the question: What is the point of arresting him?
“Luckily, brave men and women were able to delete this Crime alien pedophile On our streets, local authorities allowed him to commit it again. ”

It is unclear when Perez Gomez entered the United States illegally or where he crossed the border.
According to the ICE, he was not inspected, accepted, or parole by U.S. immigration officials.
