In a Monday article about the Truth Society mentioned by Bash, Trump defended his decision to send 2,000 National Guards to the Los Angeles area over the weekend in response to the riots.
“We made a good decision to send the National Guard to deal with the violence, thrilling riots in California,” Trump said in the Post. “If we didn’t do that, Los Angeles would be completely eliminated. Very incompetent Governor’s Gavin News Rescue and ‘Mayor’ Karen Bass should say, ‘Thank you, President Trump, you’re so good. Without you, we’re nothing.”

My office is closely coordinated with the Immigration Rights Community Organization. We will not represent it for this.”
