For a while, DC Entertainment seemed invested in being a worthy competitor to the outdoor staged experiences presented at Universal Studios Hollywood or even The epic of Indiana Jones spectacular at Walt Disney World. But then, more and more, all the parks centered in Coaster began only licensing DC iconography to slide on steel shields, including Batman: the ride,, Revenge of Riddlerand Superman: The ride.
With little or no effort with focus, investing in places where you could immerse yourself in the world of these characters, nowhere to be found for years. Sure, there would be some tiny attempts, such as a meeting and greeting here or there timed to ride openings, but left the value set in themed storytelling to draw repeated visits. Here you will find Gotham and Metropolis as two separate areas with sights inspired by the Worlds of Batman and Superman. The ads for this park always feel that we are really missing. With a new stage show, which is more a dance party than a sensational show on the level of what was there in the 90’s, there are some signs of progress with seeing how children react to seeing Superman and his superior friends to engage in Lex Luthor and the keeper. But all in all, it is just a whole multitude of central activities that are not as affordable as other places.
It still feels like a missed opportunity to start again along with DC Studios. The costumes still attached to the new 52 aiming to pull fans with the recognizable iconography alone. On a recent visit to six flags a magic mountain, we found that the meal was good, but it certainly still felt a lack of focus, though that could only be because there were only three booths with a few options. Overall it is not too different from any of the recent things that Six Flags has done anyway for the summer season around the country. It’s just too through the place to feel part of what follows.
The effort at the parks has a room to evolve as Superman arrives. The Warner Bros. Studio -tour feels more connected to the next one: the DC area of the tour for the tour includes a celebration of past projects during a change to the now.
