The Department of Homeland Security said Rodriguez has a long criminal history, including deadly weapon attacks, second-degree robbery, forgery of checks, theft and destructive convictions. He also received a felony for a violation of parole.
In another case, members of the Trent de Alaguya (TDA) gang were charged with murdering federal officials last month.
Gabriel Hurtado-Cariaco, a 30-year-old Venezuelan nationality in Bellevue, Nebraska, lives illegally in Bellevue, Nebraska, after being removed from office during traffic stops, according to the criminal lawsuit.
