Last month, the Italian Grand Prix brought together motorcycle fans from all over the world. Landing on the iconic Muglow circuit, Ducati Its latest project is unveiled, which celebrates Italy’s rich cultural heritage and its contribution to the Renaissance era.

The project explores the aesthetic of art, technology and excellence, covers the combined spirit of the Italian Renaissance in the 14th and 16th centuries and creates a special uniform for the Desmosedici GP bicycles and racing suits.

These concepts are inspired by two contrasting elements of the same era: the genius of Leonardo da Vinci, who found a synergy between art and science; and Niccolò Machiavelli, who represented the “dark side” of the Renaissance. The former’s famous Ancient captain Painting became a highlight, contributing to the words of historian Marcello Simonetta leaned against Machiavelli prince: “Since the prince needs to know how to use the beast, he must choose the fox and the lion; because the lion cannot protect himself from the snare, and the fox cannot protect himself from the wolves. Through these inspirations, Ducati explores modern knights and their maneuverable horses by recruiting riders Francesco Bagnaia and Marc Márquez Be the face of the story. Designer Drudi reinterprets two historical references through contemporary lenses, including a lion, part of the original decoration of the ancient captain, and a fox for a special painted dress. Elsewhere, riders have racing numbers of 63 and 93, and are also branded with a bicycle in a similar way to their armor-like suit.

The campaign visual brought both riders to Florence, also known as the “Cradle of the Renaissance”, advocating the concept of the knight and the reverence of the city. From the Grand Stibbert Museum to the Piazza della Signoria and Palazzo Vecchio – it captures the spirit of outstanding design and artistic beauty.
