Eurhoria and Gray’s anatomy star Eric Dane revealed that he has been diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), the most common form of motor neuronal disease (MND).

He added: “I am lucky to be able to continue working and look forward to regaining joy next week.”
Dane plays the Jacobs clan patriarch Cal Jacobs in the HBO teenage drama Euphoria, which will begin production on Monday in season three.
Prior to that, starting in 2006, he was perhaps the most famous Dr. Mark Sloan in Gray’s anatomy.
He also plays Jason Dean in the Fantasy Drama series Charmed, Captain Tom Chandler in the action drama The Last Ship, appearing in both Marley and Me, Valentine’s Day and Funny Show.
He married other actress and model Rebecca Gayheart, and the couple has two children.
