Former Clinton adviser calls Trump’s EU trade trip “absolutely successful”

A former Clinton adviser praised President Trump’s EU trade journey as an absolute success and said Europeans “scrambled” to reach a deal.

After two days of morning meeting, host Mark Halperin asked former Hillary Clinton and Jared Polis adviser Dan Turrentine if President Trump’s European trade visit, President and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen announced Landmark trade agreements On his Scottish golf course, the long-time democratic adviser replied “absolutely”.

Although critics believe the president’s tariffs will soar and reduce growth, inflation has so far declined from the peaks of the Biden-era era, with the economy growing 3% in the last quarter. However, Trump cited the country’s “negative” trade barriers and commerce, thus imposing a 25% tariff on India. Turrentine said Trump’s trade blitz represents a “new world order” for international trade.
