Judge Davis seems to agree with the public defender because prosecutors have difficulty meeting the burden of establishing possible causes. Finally, he gave the prosecutor a written summary of the matter until next Wednesday.

Statham allegedly posed a graphic threat to Trump, who was involved in guns, poisoning and even knives, on multiple social media platforms.
