First responders rescue four people from a burning boat on the coast Cape Canaveral, Florida Saturday.
The 61-foot sailboat was about a mile off the sea when the flames broke out, Canaveral Fire Rescue confirmed to Fox News Digital.
Witness video taken from the nearby Pier Park beach shows thick black smoke rolling on the ocean.
The man who shot the video told the Newsgathering website the story that the ship “really rose quickly” and “sounded like some explosion happened.”

Canaveral Fire Rescue said the four were on board “safely evacuated to another bystander’s ship and brought by the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office without any injuries.”
According to Storyful, another ship helped put out the fire.
The cause of the fire is under investigation U.S. Coast Guard and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. No immediate response to Fox News Digital’s inquiry.
