one Georgian Allegedly threatening sexual violence against two Republican senators and their families was indicted by a federal grand jury.
Robert Davis Forney, 25, of Duluth, Georgia, was arraigned Monday before a U.S. District Court judge charged with federal judges Communication threats In interstate trade.

The specific threat has not been made public.
A Fischer spokesman told Fox News that threats to U.S. Capitol Police reported: “Threats to public figures are not uncommon, and threats to appropriate action are expressed to the threat of appropriate action,” a Fischer spokesman told Fox News. “Senator appreciates the attention of Nebraska people and their kind words, and she is continuing to do her job on their behalf.”

U.S. Attorney Theodore S. Hertzberg said threats to elected officials and their families were “acts of violence that undermined our entire democracy.”
“Political discourse and disagreement have never proven to resort to evil attacks on national leaders,” Herzberg wrote in a statement.
