Liam Neeson continues his reign as the king of B-movies with his latest thriller, In the land of Saints and sinnerswhich is as bad as the title sounds, but there is a catch. Neeson’s character, Finbar Murphy, quits working for a local petty crime boss as an assassin for a job gone wrong, and he has a change of heart. Standing up for an abused woman sets off a slow moving chain reaction that ends in an explosion of bloodshed, tears, and lives cut short.
Along with Finbar is Kevin, a young man played by Jack Gleeson, who happens to be a hot shot and is ready to kill anyone who can complete his task. He wasn’t as bad as Joffrey, but he wasn’t a good person either; He’s just sad and yearning for a bright future, which is why Finbar tries to take him under his wing and keep him away from the small world of Glencolmle. In the land of Saints and sinners Gives GLESEDON a chance to return to a different kind of role, and maybe, hopefully, let people know he’s not Joffrey.
