You can digitally search tags, genres and places at the top, and I recommend you do that if you are looking for something specific. It can be helpful if you try to buy something from your hometown, e.g.

As with anything collectible, you can find good offers (and occasional reproaches) at eBay. This is a good place to buy very rare and expensive things or, on the flip side, a lot of over-cheap records you are willing to play. I had good results finding jazz drives and albums from other less beloved genres here, but if you are looking for something over a specific, Discogs is better to track the market and find good prices.

Vinil Me, please is a record monthly club that allows you to also buy one -time records. I like this service because it pushes rare one -time classics as well as modern discs in all genres. The people who work there have a great taste, which means you always send a record you will probably enjoy. When buying one time, I like that these are exclusive prints, which means that your friends are very likely to have this specific version on their shelf, even if they already own the record.

People who remember the pre-streaming era probably remember Tower Records, which still exists! This is a great record store to check out what will soon appear on vinyl and look at pre -orders, as it is a leading distributor of almost every larger edition in the market. Maybe it’s the older Nerd in me, but if you have some nostalgia from the 90’s, it’s fun to buy online at Tower Records and see what new music is.
