Netflix Long time is a treasure trove in television series, but in a lot of content, it can be difficult to choose your next favorite singe. So every month, the Watch with us The team recommends a beloved performance you don’t have to skip. In this June, I share a personal story about the reason this show is hard for me.
When the pandemic first covered everything on March 2020, I stayed at home with my parents. With my father sitting a Cover-19 fever 103 and no information is still available about the virus, my mother and I’m a piece of bad news. Hoping not to give up, we’ve done netflix and hit play One day at a time.

It doesn’t matter what stresses are brought to the day with a stage – and at a time, we dance around the sin of the song theme. We sing, we dance and we laugh very hard we can’t help but feel better.

The Alvarez family drives the main topic issues such as sexuality (oldest child elena, played by Isabella Gomez, A lesbian), PTSD (Evening Earnings after his time in Afghanistan and took antidepressants), guns and more. While the series occasionally sells the preaching territory, it is always wise and nuanced to describe complex issues.
Rita Moreno plainly awesome

Like Lydia’s stop, Rita Moreno is the performance every time he is on the screen. Maybe that’s because he literally makes a great path whenever he walks in a room, but it’s also because he is a real favorite character.
The egot-winning artist is funny at the moments of comedy and emotive to serious. He is the same presence and a fully informed attitude with hope, dreams and foibles. She is the grandmother we should all be.
Rita Moreno is the first Latina to achieve the status of egot after emmy awards trophies, grammy awards, osycars and tony awards in her career. One day at a time Feeling a callback in a simple time, but using it in modern views and issues is the perfect way to lift multi-cam genre. Comedy relies on witty one-liner, slapstick physical comedy and irritating disagreement, and it is easy to sit and laugh at the great casting in the cast.
