The old-fashioned diamond nail Daisy’s grandfather gave her grandmother 60 years ago, and the bride paired a vault London tennis bracelet on the big day, Lulu Guinness shell bags and crystal spotted Jimmy Choos. Jordan wore Richard James’s tuxedo (her grandfather swore), which was only added to the ceremony.
The bride’s exquisite corset was then replaced with a “sweat-filled dance party” to support the Chantilly lace corset and a mini-skirt with a shawl Anne’s Ibiza– Her perfect follow-up to the whispers of Diamanté-feck the Hen Party curated by Annie Doble. Daisy shared: “Her designs make me brighter, dance longer and feel more confident.” Daisy put on a long velvet cape with fairy tale embroidery and paired a pair of white Dior Dior comb boots to the late night look.
A few weeks ago, the bride’s beauty was about to start on a date at Code8, during which time Daisy and her bridesmaids created custom lipsticks. “It’s my way of celebrating each of us alone – our personality and beauty are wrapped in lipstick,” the bride explains, with the bride’s makeup mood being “a bit of a rock star, a supermodel from the 90s, and light up effortlessly.” Skin is everything, and Sasha Ghodstinat uses Daisy’s Go To Code8 products (including BB Cream, Daily Foundation, East Hampton Bronzer and Lustous Corduroy Palette) to create a “dream, edgy, cool girl vibe.” Thinking: “Modern romance, but attitude a little bit of attitude. It’s exactly what I want, and whenever I look back at the photo, I remember it.”
Guests including Alexa Chung, Pixie Geldof and Nick Grimshaw will also recall Ravneet Gill’s signature dessert table; a five-layer lily vanilla wedding cake, including three chocolate cakes (Daisy’s favorite) and two vanilla sponges (Jordan’s pick), iced caramel frosting; a tequila cocktail curated by Ms. Portia Freeman; and the music is filled with the West Country air: first from Alan Power & The Take Two, then through three DJs: Harriet Rose, Jimmy Napes and Alfie Goff. When the night was presented by curated Chaos Master Nachtlicker, the couple created new memories for the next Very Daisy Lowe and Jordan Saul Rom-Com.
