Israeli forces restore bodies of Thai hostages imprisoned in Gaza

Israeli troops recovered the body of a Thai man who was kidnapped from Kibbutz Nir Oz and was killed in captivity by the terrorist group Kataeb al-Mujahideen, shortly after Israel – Hamas War Beginning on October 7, 2023.

Natthapong Pinta’s body was taken back to Israel after the Israel Defense Forces and the Israel Security Agency’s operations, the military said on Saturday.

“Yesterday (Friday), during the joint IDF and ISA operations, the body of Thai national Nattapong Pinta was recovered from the Rafa region of the Gaza Strip,” the IDF and ISA said in a joint statement.

“We stand with Natapen’s family today to share their sorrows,” the Hostage Family Forum said in a statement.
