The Italian tennis star won the finals of 4-6, 6-4, 6-4, 6-4.
He only reached the quarterfinals last year, and then he lost to Daniil Medvedev in five sets. Alcaraz won Novak Djokovic – his second straight win.
“It’s so special because, you know, my parents are here, my brother, the whole team, it’s amazing.”
He added that he dug up emotionally to restore his winning style after Alcaraz defeat French Open.

“But, at the end of the day, the way you win or lose in a big game doesn’t matter, you just need to understand what you’re doing wrong and try to work for it,” Sinner explained. “That’s exactly what we do. We try to accept the loss, just keep working, and that’s definitely one of the reasons I hold this trophy.”

Sinner, 23, beat Djokovic and Ben Shelton in the semi-finals and quarter-finals respectively to win Alcaraz’s shot. He now has four Grand Slam titles. The French Open is the only one who still gets him out of his professional grand slam.
