Professional Football Hall of Fame Jared Allen joinsFox and friends“On Tuesday morning, he reflected on his emotional speech at the ceremony, where he paid tribute to his Christian faith, his wife and daughter – making it clear that the real priorities of life go far beyond football.
“That’s what I’ve been going on for my life. That’s how I grew up. (They’re) the most important things to me,” he told hosts Ainsley Earhardt, Lawrence Jones and Charlie Hurt.
The former Minnesota Viking and Kansas City Chiefs star was included in the Professional Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio, where he moved and spoke directly to his wife and daughter.

He said to his wife Amy, “I am in awe of you every day, and I love you more than life itself.”
He said to his daughters Brinley and Laclien: “You two are my greatest achievements. When I go back to heaven one day, if they are talking about this gold jacket and My careerand then as a father, husband and friend, I was defeated miserably. ”

Allen said he never expected his heartfelt speech to have an impact, adding that he tried to make some people laugh and send a good message to his children.
“The Bible tells usYou look at Paul and Peter in front of Sanhedrin, God said, “Don’t worry about what they say, I’ll give you this.” So for me, I just want to give a heartfelt speech to my family, my friends and teammates just to let people know what I mean. ” he continued Tuesday.

Allen’s wife and daughters appreciate the yelling of the moment, but he hopes that the message will be deeper as the girl gets older.
“I hope… they continue to look back on those moments and learn how to be great in everything you do, not just track and field. I always tell my kids that you just have to find your passion.
